I am a painter, illustrator, and independent graphic designer from Las Vegas, Nevada. My work is rooted in nature, ephemeral still life, portraiture, and color exploration, shaped both by formal study at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and by the inspiration of museums such as the MoMA and the Guggenheim, by children’s books, classical music and a love of flora.

Through self-portraiture and close observation of the world around me, I seek to capture the essence of nature and the human spirit. From the deserts of Nevada to the forests of Canada, traveling landscapes have opened new vistas for my practice.

Working in paint and paper, I aim to make colors sing and forms dance, inviting viewers to experience the beauty, intricacy, and interconnectedness of life. I approach the world with both eyes open: one to witness its challenges, the other to celebrate its ineffable beauty.
